Nick was super helpful and, after looking at the dent, said he thought they could heat up the area and essentially pop the dent out, free of charge. The repair worked and I couldn't be happier. After already having issues with one neighbor, I really hated the prospect of issues with another neighbor, so this fix was beneficial in more than one way.
